“After coping with several serious and traumatic events occurring in my life over the last 6 years, I felt that I wasn’t able to cope with anything and was unhappy, depressed and having regular suicidal thoughts. I was at the point that I wanted to admit myself to a psychiatric hospital because I didn’t know what else to do. Then I met Jayden and learnt the philosophy that has made a huge impact on my life! Within the first session with Jayden I was already feeling optimistic about my future. Jayden shared his wisdom and friendship with me, I was immediately comfortable with him and thank him for his kindness and caring.”
“Its great to feel happy and alive again and able to make plans for my future.”

“When I first met Jayden, I had the belief that I was a broken person and that I was doomed to live out my days dealing with debilitating inner turmoil. This was such a prevalent belief that I even tried to take my life a few times and could not conceive that there might be a different way of living. I had seen many psychologists, psychiatrists who all gave me various diagnosis such as bi-polar and borderline personality disorder and put me on different medications which they claimed I would have to be on for the foreseeable future. I was scared because I did not believe the medication was working. I believed I was getting sicker and my behaviour reflected that. When I first heard Jayden talk, I was cynical as the concepts sounded simple and I thought what I was dealing with was vastly complex. What he taught me is the way we see life has evolved from our beliefs which we have been conditioned to since we were born. If we can alter those beliefs then we can see life differently. Jayden is such a warm and inspirational man and I feel so lucky to of met him. He talks with an infectious passion that you can’t help but catch. I still have a lot of work to do but I now know that I am not broken and have never been!!”

“I thought I had an exclusive set of circumstances and was extremely sad and anxious about my life. I was literally crying my way up the driveway as I drove. I have completed the weekend seminar presented by Jayden and then sat through the week intensive on the Real Life Education Program.During the week a couple of personal events occured, through contact with the outside world, which if I had not had the benefits of the knowledge of the program, I would be in a whole other world of stress, depression and anxiety.Since being exposed to the program put forth with the most amazing conviction and eloquence by both Jayden and Dave, the information has resonated with me, to the degree that I now sense a new purpose of possibly becoming a Stress-Ed facilitator.I am so happy that this journey has brought me to this new place of calm and understanding and given me the possible option for an exciting, reinvigorated direction in my life.
This experience has been truly life changing. Many Thanks,”

“I am happier and more centered than I have ever been before, and I believe that attending Jayden’s life coaching seminar has played a huge part in my transformation. Before I met Jayden I was full of self doubt, regret and guilt… and had been dealing with the same issues for many years. With Jayden’s help I have been able to forgive myself and other people – realising that we were all doing the best we could at the time, and this has enabled me to move forward with my life. I have turned my life around – I’m working a job that I really love, I’m going back to university, and I’m spending time with my friends and family… and I’m so grateful to Jayden for his part in this. Jayden is a passionate and gifted presenter, who made the information easily accessible to everyone in the seminar – regardless of our individual differences. Jayden has been an ongoing source of encouragement and advice, and is always available for a chat. Thank you Jayden!”…

I had the great fortune of working with Jayden as a life coach in Queensland in a facility specialising in stress, anxiety and depression.
Jayden is an excellent presenter and ran many of our workshops there. I interacted with each and every client that come through our doors in the time I worked with there. I know first hand that Jayden was enormously well liked and respected by the guests, both as a professional and as an individual. More importantly, he helped people to leave with greater peace and freedom in their hearts and minds. As an experienced life coach at the retreat, Jayden was always willing to guide and mentor me, even in the little extra free time he had. That's the kind of guy Jayden is, if you want his help, he will do what he can to encourage and help you. Jayden is a man with great integrity, passion and belief in what he does and teaches. Jayden will challenge you in your thinking if necessary but at the heart of everything he says and does is his genuine desire to free people of the pain they are in. Jayden understands the mind and how our beliefs are at the base of our stress. He is exceptionally, exceptionally non judgemental, allowing clients to freely open up about their past and inner turmoils, thus creating a really safe place for growth, change and transformation. Jayden truly lives and breathes what he teaches. He is a living, walking testament to the peace on the other side that is attainable when applying his teachings.

“You have no idea how much the weekend has helped me. I can’t thank you enough.”

“Jayden I think my life is probably the best now that it has ever been. Weird things still go wrong but it doesn’t matter. I have separated, moved, am living by myself for the first time in 20 years, may be forced to look for another job, still legal problems with my ex… 3 times more crap than before, but it is all ok! I still have so much going for me!“
Jennifer Blythe (Kempsey, NSW)
“I had been to a lot of workshops and seminars, and although I found them to be some-what helpful, I found your information to be the most practical and useful for everyday life and relationships. I found that I was able to let go of a lot of the pressure I place on myself and to feel more confident in dealing with what was happening in my life”
Clair Garnett (Melbourne, Vic)
“I wouldn’t be able to put into words how much you have helped me. Listening to you at the Weekend Intensive truely saved my life and gave me the strength and realisation that I could be valuable and that my life was worth waking up for each morning. It gave me hope and the will to want to go on with the rest of my 2 weeks at the retreat. Your someone that I listen too and I value everything you have to say. I already know you know how amazing you really are and I look at you and think I can get to that one day (or maybe I’m already there)…”

In 2009 I was in a real trouble. The GFC had taken away my identity. You see- I was a successful advertising producer making great money and working with some of Australia’s and the worlds biggest companies. All of a sudden I couldn’t get a job. I couldn’t provide for my young family. My sense of self worth plummeted. I started drinking more than i probably should. I was frustrated and angry at the direction my life was heading.
It was during this chapter in my life I met Jayden Raye. Jayden is a very experienced life coach with an amazing demeanour. Despite having had quite a few hard knocks himself Jayden has risen to be one of the most profound influencers in my life. I now have a deeper understanding of myself and others. My sense of self worth remains unchanged- sure there are highs and lows but at the end of the day this remains unchanged.
One of the key lessons Jayden passed onto me was that everyone is doing the best they can with what they have got at the time. Once you understand this you look at life with this lens you certainly have better insight into people's priorities and your own. Today I run a successful animation company and have beautiful family in Paddington NSW. But...hey, this could change and I know with the tools Jayden gave me that the journey will continue and I have the skills to make the most of it.
Spending some time with Jayden is an incredibly valuable exercise if you want to live a fuller life with more understanding.I can’t thank him enough for his help and look forward to catching up with him soon.

For as long as I could remember I struggled to be happy, life felt like it was always against me. After being diagnosed with depression I tried everything from pharmaceutical medication to self medicating until I finally hit rock bottom. With Jayden's methods and coaching, he helped me realise that it was my beliefs and attitudes that caused me to feel depressed and not something wrong with me mentally or chemically like the doctors said.

I struggled with serious addiction for almost a decade and was constantly beating myself up, thinking i was "self sabotaging". After a few weeks learning from Jayden's wisdom i no longer think anything like i used to and understand that life is happening to us and everything I experience I am meant to be experiencing and that there are no "right or wrong" experiences. I learnt much more from Jayden but what I've just mentioned is what i remember on a daily basis.
I highly recommended his services!!
